AREAS gives all necessary trainings to the Sales Team within a detailed program before the project starts, in order to increase the quality and competence of each individual who has communication with the customer.
In the following process, on-the-job training, periodical training and adaptation training programs are applied to the participants. In addition to sector and product trainings, AREAS will organize and conduct all work to develop the skills of Sales Teams with periodically organized personal development trainings.
